This review is very long over due but finally got to do it. The entire staff is extremely patient friendly and kind. I apologize to the receptionist because I forgot her name but she was the most genuine kind person I have ever met and made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions I had. Didn't have any insurance and she explained all the pricing and up front costs so that I wouldn't be blind sided. She even called me on day of appointment to send me a friendly reminder because I was running late.

Dr Ng was very professional and kind. He ensured I was well taken care of and comfortable. I was very nervous and worried because I had not been to the dentist in years. He walked through everything he was doing and the most mind blowing thing was he went over all the x-rays and showed me each individual tooth and whether there were any problems or not. He showed me what I need to watch out for that would show signs of needing care and what wasnt worries. He made sure to explain all my options. Showed me what was urgent, and optional. He made sure I was well informed and knew of all my options and timelines of when certain issues should be taken care of. Didn't force anything on me and was very patient..

Once again just wanted to say how greatful I am to Dr. Ng and his entire staff. He hired great employees.

Nipomo Family Dentistry came to my rescue.
I developed a painful toothache when an old root canal went bad. Their team got me into an exam chair immediately, diagnosed the problem, set up me with a referal, and even supplied me with ibuprofen and a glass of water as I left- so I could rush out and teach a yoga class. That's what I call amazing patient care! Remarkable staff, intelligent and highly capable medical team!

My wife and I have had nothing but good experiences with him as well as his staff. Never have I felt "upsold" or that he wasn't doing something in my best interest. Teeth always feel cleaner when we leave and we always feel like we received a proper education as well!

I was new to the area and he came recommended by a friend and I am definitely glad we went here. I would recommend to other as well.

Dr. Ng is the best dentist in town, if not the county. He's friendly, enthusiastic and skilled--a winning combination which runs through the entirety of the staff. From cleanings to crowns and everything in between, the procedures are laid out for you and a variety of options are explained and compared.

If you're interested in a dentist that is empathetic and near obsessive over your comfort, then this is the place for you. How often have you seriously considered staying at your dentist's office after you're done just to hang out for a bit? That's the sort of place were talking about here.

Basically, if you live anywhere between Orcutt and Five Cities, I'd like to introduce you to your new dentist.

My wife and I took our toddler to Nipomo Family Dentisty for a minor laser procedure to correct the soft tissue that connects his upper lip to his gums. The staff was very cordial and professional. We didn't have to wait for our appointment. Dr. Do and Dr. Ng saw us as soon as we finished the initial
paperwork, which was 1 page long.

Dr. Do and Dr. Ng are very warm and personable people. Dr. Do did an excellent job with the laser procedure. It was painless for my toddler and Dr. Do was very gentle and patient with him throughout. I was very pleased with my experience here.

Probably the best dentist I've ever been to. Nice, clean office and easy to get to from the 101. Very communicative staff and Dr. Ng sat down with me and explained the X-rays and what they showed. I actually learned things 🙂

They accept a bunch of different insurance plans, which is really helpful. Highly recommend
